Different but same same

För att få lite ny inspiration beställde jag för ett tag sedan ett gäng virkböcker från Adlibris, bl.a. de på bilden. Bägge är skrivna av samma författare men titel, omslag och pris skiljer dem åt. Något förvånad blir man då man öppnar böckerna och upptäcker att de är identiska inuti... Exakt samma innehåll, samma mönster o bilder. Jag ringde till Adlibris och påpekade detta, fick skicka tillbaka ett ex och bad dem förtydliga på hemsidan att det var samma bok. Det har de inte gjort... Så om man går in och klickar för att man vill köpa den ena får man dessutom tipset att "Andra kunder som köpt denna bok har även köpt...". Inte så kundvänligt!

Different but same same
To gain some inspiration I ordered a few crochet books från Adlibris (two of them on display). They are both by the same author but the title, the cover and the price is different. To my surprise the content is exactly the same in both books... Same patterns, same pictures. I called Adlibris and was able to send one of them back free of charge. I kindly asked them to make a note on the website so that no one would have to buy the same book twice again. They have done nothing about it. So if you go to their website and order one of these books you will also get a suggestion saying -People who ordered this book also bought this one. Not very customer friendly!
